When will it be available in my country?
Is the Refresh rechargeable?
Yes! It takes about 5 hours to fully charge the Refresh. Due to the power requirements, we recommend you only use the charging cable provided with your Refresh to charge. You are able to charge the Refresh while running your diffuser, however, it will take longer to charge than normal.
How long does a charge last?
The Refresh battery will run a standard diffuser continuously for about 4 hours. The battery life may be affected by higher power requirements due to lights or sound on your diffuser.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. The Refresh comes with a 6-month warranty against manufacturer defects.
Does it work with my diffuser?
Most likely. The Refresh will work with diffusers that use a 5.5mm barrel connector with a required input of 24V and 0.5A-0.65A (This is most diffusers). You can double check your diffuser compatibility by identifying the output on the wall plug for your diffuser (Tiny writing on the wall plug that says "Output").

Can the Refresh be used in the shower?
No! We know it may be tempting to bring your favorite bath time oil with you in the shower but the Refresh is not designed to be used in a wet environment. Please only use your Kinitó in dry areas!
How should I store my Refresh when not in use?
Great question! After you are done using your Refresh make sure you plug it in and fully charge it. Do not leave your Refresh uncharged for more than 2 weeks! It is okay to leave your Refresh plugged in even after it has fully charged.
